Agriculture in Developing Nations
Promoting interdisciplinary exchange among the rural agricultural community of Kerala, India.
Undergraduate students partnered with Indian university students, farmers and fishers to assess new ways that the agriculture sector in rural areas is adapting to economic and climate change challenges. With community leaders, students traveled to farms, facilities and organization centers to observe and survey community members. The students continue to engage with the Kerala community by working on a group research paper with undergraduate students in Kerala.
